Clean Collective

This project is about supplying a cleaning service and household help to ethical minded people with flat and business premises. By linking our employees and our customers, we participate to a more responsible cleaning market.

The project goal is to build a community of people who are happy in their work life and therefore having a more settled existence in a different country than their origin.
Secondly, clients who have flats build a personal connection to their cleaner and know that their money benefit their lives.
Thirdly, businesses fulfil their their ethical policy and Corporate Social responsibility working with our team.
A further goal, is for us as a firm to understand the needs of a workforce usually ignored by the unpersonal and uncaring cleaning market.

We all live in a world where some people are under valued, and COVID has recently taught us that in order to value people, business structures need to be rethought.
Our project aims to rethink the way we address working relationships and service oriented business’ practices.
Our project takes under consideration different elements of society and is conscious of its impact on people’s life:
- Caring for people;
- Caring for environmental issues of cleaning products;
- Caring for a new way of businesses being ethical.

The collected money will enable us to invest in a proper office with all standard equipments, as well as a kitchen and a hosting area that will enable us to perform our social missions through regular gatherings. This office would be in Lobe Block, Berlin, a place designed for a community spirit and giving creativity a space in a city environment.
We would also use this money to switch our legal status to a Steward Ownership through a GmbH with the Golden Share system, preventing our company from ever being sold and protecting our profits from being extracted of our missions. This would therefore protect our workers for ever from exploitation.
