Dear friends and fans,
It’s on! From today forward, we have only 63 days to reach our financial goal in order to secure support for Conduct! Every Move Counts. We are thrilled to have attracted so many fans for our film, and today we will send out our trailer. We hope you’re ready for more! We would be extremely grateful if you could help us ensure the success of this campaign by becoming a supporter or an ambassador. Read right bellow the informations about both options.
Best wishes from Berlin, and many thanks for your support,
Götz, Tai, Valeria, and Flo
Ps. As we believe we became a multicultural community, we decided to write to all of you only in english. But if you have doubts about something, don't hesitate and get in touch with our team! Many Thanks!
Become ambassadors – enthusiasm is contagious!
It really means something to us each time someone becomes a fan! Only by joining together and increasing our numbers can we reach our goals, and in this way you can do your part. Be sure to let your family, friends, and colleagues know about this new documentary film. Help spread the word about the trailer – social media like Facebook make this easy. It would be fantastic if your friends, colleagues, and acquaintances posted something or wrote emails helping to make the trailer available or announcing the upcoming film. As enthusiastic as you are to see this unique look into the world of orchestral conducting appear on film – a world where dozens and sometimes hundreds of musicians are able to share musical ideas and execute them flawlessly and intuitively – consider how other people’s appreciation for that world can be as they share in this film, too. A message from you could express your enthusiasm and support and help us to keep reaching out!
Consider including this text in your message, but feel free to write your own as well:
Dear friends,
Please give your support for the feature-length documentary film, Conduct! Every Move Counts, by director Götz Schauder. Check out the trailer, and please spread the word about this rousing documentary film to the rest of your friends within your own networks. http://www.conduct-film.de/de/
The film follows five young conductors through elimination rounds at the prestigious Sir Georg Solti conducting competition held at the Frankfurt Opera House. Here the conductors will work to survive challenges that will test their musical skills, and above all, their character. This thrilling drama offers us a look into this world of talent and hard work as the young conductors navigate competition and friendship through success and defeat.
This documentary was shot on a shoestring budget, and yet we’ve gone to great lengths to maintain high quality storytelling so that the cinematic experience is as great as the story and the music itself. We hope you will join us in celebrating the premiere of this film in 2013 as we anticipate its debut in cinemas and on DVD. As we work to make this debut happen, we still have much work to do. Please join us in helping to raise awareness and financial support for the final stages of our film here:

Thank you and please forward! Should you have questions about the project, please contact the director, Götz Schauder: [email protected]
Become a supporter
Any amount of financial support brings us closer to our goal. We want to make this movie accessible to as many people as possible through different venues such as movie screenings, DVDs, film festivals and, of course, in schools. Just think of what excitement it could awaken in a young student who is just getting started in music! With your support, we can reach these objectives.
In case you’re wondering, every bit – one hundred percent – of your financial contribution goes directly to the completion of the film. Startnext charges us no commissions, but rather is financed through voluntary (!) donations.
Your support is done by selecting an option marked “thank you.” By pressing the green button, "Details and tell a friend," in the area of the "Thank yous," you will see a visualization of the "thank yous" and you may also make your purchase in this area.
