DRIFT - The Movie

DE: Wir, Markus und Kay, sind zusammen die Band NEUROKLAST und produzieren Cyberpunk/Midtempo Musik, aber wir sind beide auch absolute Filmfans und wollen beide Leidenschaften kombinieren. Wir haben bereits zwei Musikvideos produziert und möchten uns nun an ein wesentlich größeres Projekt in Form eines Kurzfilms wagen, zu dem wir den Soundtrack produzieren und als Album veröffentlichen. Es handelt sich also um mehrere Musikvideos mit Story und Zwischenhandlung.

Dieses Projekt ist inspiriert von Heistmovies a la Guy Ritchie und erzählt die Geschichte von DRIFT, einer bunt gemischten Crew, die sich für jegliche Missionen anheuern lässt, solange genug PS dabei sind.

EN: We, Markus and Kay, are together the band NEUROKLAST and produce Cyberpunk/Midtempo music, but we are also both absolute movie fans and want to combine both passions. We have already produced two music videos and now want to venture into a much larger project in the form of a short film, for which we will produce the soundtrack and release it as an album. So, it's about several music videos with a story and interludes.

This project is inspired by heist movies à la Guy Ritchie and tells the story of DRIFT, a diverse crew that is available for hire for any mission, as long as there is enough horsepower involved.

DE: Unser Ziel ist es eine rasante, clevere Geschichte zu erzählen und das ganze in einem Kurzfilm darzustellen, akustisch untermalt mit dem neuen Album von NEUROKLAST.

DE: Wir haben das Projekt DRIFT ins Leben gerufen und haben dabei die Unterstützung von vielen kreativen Menschen, die all ihr Talent und Herzblut in dieses Projekt stecken. Egal, ob Künstler, Autor, Schauspieler, Stuntkoordinator oder Enthusiast, jeder leistet einen wesentlichen Teil zu diesem Vorhaben. Die Finanzierung dieses Projekts ermöglicht allen Mitwirkenden, ihre Fähigkeiten und Visionen voll auszuschöpfen und bietet gleichzeitig eine Plattform für Nachwuchstalente, sich zu zeigen und zu entwickeln.

EN: We have launched the DRIFT project and have received support from many creative people who put all their talent and passion into this project. Whether artist, writer, actor, stunt coordinator, or enthusiast, everyone contributes significantly to this endeavor. The financing of this project enables all participants to fully exploit their skills and visions and simultaneously provides a platform for emerging talents to showcase and develop themselves.
