Crowdfunding since 2010

A homeland-music project of Banda Comunale and Cellex Foundation for refugees and musicians from Dresden

Dresden’s Sounds of Home: Eleven-member brass band "Banda Comunale" invites refugee musicians from around the world to be part of “Banda Internationale". New sound, new songs and new friends. With your help and the support of the Cellex Foundation instruments will be acquired, concerts, workshops and music lessons given, and a CD recorded featuring music from Afghanistan to the Ore Mountains. The entire process will also be filmed and a documentary produced.
