A project to build a tree house for use as a public space in Berlin Das Baumhaus is a collaborative project between local and international artists, designers, creatives and active people from numerous backgrounds. Together we're acting on the little voice in our head that says, "What is it I can do to make the world a better place?" Our answer is to create a space that inspires people to come together, communicate in meaningful ways and become part of a growing culture of active engagement.

Tonight: Baumhaus Glass Art Unveiling 18 - 22Uhr

Please join us in viewing and celebrating the master artwork of Isaac Abrams that will be installed in the Baumhaus in 2013.

The piece is composed of ten 1.5cm thick glass panels varying in size from 1m x 1m to 32cm x 50cm. Each piece has been sandblasted in a highly detailed abstract organic aesthetic.

Each panel stands on its own as a work of art while 8 panels are designed to coordinate with each other as a separation wall and the other 2 as a door.

All the panels were produced from start to finish in 13 days. Most of the artistic and industrial production phases have been documented in film and audio.

Feel free to bring along a friend as well as something to drink and snack on.

Doors open at 18Uhr until 22Uhr

Startnext has reduced our overall project goal from 33,333€ to 11,000€ to reflect the estimated 22,300€ value of the Isaac Abrams 4m x 2m glass installation he did while he was here.
