Gerade jetzt, wo Drag Künstler*innen immer mehr dämonisiert werden und zu etwas reduziert werden das sie nicht sind, ist es umso wichtiger zu zeigen was Drag wirklich ist: Leidenschaft, Kunst, Politik, Ausdruck, Leben, Mut ... Bei dem Fotoprojekt Beyond Drag geht es darum die Menschen hinter den Drag-Charakteren zu zeigen und für mehr Verständnis und ein besseres Miteinander zu sorgen. Der gesamten Gewinn des Projekts wird an die Aidshilfe und Krebshilfe gespendet.
