Die SchräGen SchäTze sind da!
Liebe MiSfiTs-UnterstützerInnen,
in unserem letzten Post hatten wir ja bereits angedeutet, dass wir gerade daran arbeiten, Euch auch ohne eigenen Laden, frisch zubereitete MiSfiTs anbieten zu können. Voilá! Nun ist es so weit:
Seit September können die BerlinerInnen - und alle BerlinbesucherInnen - in zehn ausgewählten Bistros der Bio Company frische MiSfiTs Suppen und Eintöpfe unter dem Label "SchräGe SchäTze" genießen.
Ob gespaltene Kürbis-Suppe mit Gurken-Kräuter-Salsa oder verzweigter Brokkoli-Eintopf mit Hirse-Mandel-Topping. Mittags darf nun ganz vielfältig geschlemmt werden. Zu jeder Suppe und jedem Eintopf wird ein Topping gereicht wie z.B. Chutney, Dip oder Croutons. Das Angebot wechselt dreimal die Woche und die Feldschätze stammen dabei wie immer von unseren Bauern aus der Region. Und nun brauchen wir mal wieder Eure - diesmal hungrige - Unterstützung, denn wir wollen natürlich, dass sich die "schrägen Schätze" etablieren und es bald noch mehr Standorte geben wird! Also esst fleißig Suppe und erzählt Euren Freunden wie lecker diese schmeckt. Denn es gibt massig MiSfiTs da draußen, die nur darauf warten, verarbeitet zu werden!
Wir sagen "Guten Appetit!" und "Auf bald" - vielleicht ja mittags irgendwo beim Suppe essen ;)
Und nicht zu vergessen: Spätestens zum Sommer 2014 ist es auch endlich mit dem MiSfiTs-Laden soweit! Dann ist Tanja zurück aus Ihrer Babypause und bis dahin haben wir nicht nur Kräfte sondern auch ganz viele MiSfiTs gesammelt.

Dear MiSfiTs-Supporter,
as we already hinted in our last post, we are working on a new project, one which will offer fresh dishes made from local MiSfiTs. Voilá! here it is:
Since September we have been offering daily freshly made soups under the label "SchräGe SchäTze" in 10 selected bistros of Bio Company throughout Berlin. Some examples of our soups include Split Kohlrabi Pot with red Onion-Confit, Hailed-on Pumpkin-Pot with Apple-Chutney and Branchy Broccoli Soup with Millet-Almond-Topping. Now you all can relish MiSfiTs on a daily basis. The soups change three times a week and their crooked ingredients are supplied, as always, by our local farmers. Once again we need your help. This time your hungry help! We really want the "SchräGe SchäTze" project to survive, and for this we need you and your friends to get the word out that these soups are delicious!
There are massive amounts of tasty MiSfiTs out there, and they are waiting to be eaten! Therefore we wish you a "Bon Appetit" and say "See you soon" - maybe while eating soup somewhere around lunchtime ;)
Oh, and don't forget: in Summer 2014 our MiSfiTs-shop will finally open it's gates! Tanja's baby break will be over by then, and the MiSfiTs will be collected and waiting for all of you!
