Die Tourismusindustrie in Tirol verdient in einer Wintersaison Millionen. Darum wurde im Februar/März 2020 mit Warnungen, Schließungen von Bars und Quarantäne für das Paznauntal und St. Anton zugewartet bis es zu spät war und tausende Urlauber infiziert mit Covid-19 das Virus auf die ganze Welt (in 45 Staaten) verteilt haben.

Die Opfer haben Vermögensschäden erlitten, ihnen steht für Krankheitstage Schmerzensgeld zu und Hinterbliebene von Toten haben ebenfalls Ansprüche auf Schadenersatz (obwohl das die Verstorbenen nicht zurück bringt).

Der Verbraucherschutzverein (VSV) unterstützt rund 6000 Opfer in aller Welt dabei, Schadenersatz gegen die Republik Österreich und gegen die Tourismusindustrie in Tirol vorzubereiten und einzubringen.

Doch viele Opfer haben keine Deckung der Klagskosten durch Rechtsschutzversicherungen.

Da wollen wir helfen. Mit Ihrer Spende unterstützen Sie den Rechtshilfefonds des Verbraucherschutzvereines. Daraus stellen wir Opfern von Ischgl und Co Geld zur Abdeckung von Kostenrisken zur Verfügung.

The tourism industry in Tyrol earns million in a winter season. Therefore was awaited in February/March 2020 with warnings, closures of bars and quarantine for the Paznauntal and St. Anton until it was too late and thousands of holidaymakers infected with Covid-19 the virus spread all over the world (in 45 states)

The victims have suffered financial losses , they are entitled to sick leave pain benefit and survivors of deaths also have claims for damages (although that does not bring the deceased back).

The Consumer Protection Association (VSV) supports around 6000 victims around the world in preparing damages against the Republic of Austria and against the tourism industry in Tyrol .

However, many victims do not have legal expenses covered by legal expenses insurance.

That's where we want to help. With your donation you support the Legal Aid Fund of the Consumer Protection Association . From this, we provide victims of Ischgl and Co with money to cover cost risks.

Wir sammeln Geld für Musterprozesse von Ischgl und Co Opfern gegen die Republik Österreich und die Tourismusindustrie in Tirol. Je mehr Verfahren unterstützt werden können, desto eher wird sich die Bundesregierung bzw Tirol auch auf Verhandlungen zu einem Vergleich einlassen. Die Verantwortlichen sollen lernen, nie wieder Geldverdienen über die Gesundheit von Menschen zu stellen.

We raise money for sample processes of Ischgl and co-victims against the Republic of Austria and the tourism industry in Tyrol.
