The World of Chillis, in harmony with fresh ingredients; Cooking art meets Chillis 100% without additives and vegan.

Chillis are the one of the tastiest and healthiest natural flavor enhancers. There are more than 1000 Chili varieties, depending on the Hot levels, colors, shapes and flavor. We had success with our Chili compositions in various small street markets, vegan (Berlin) and chili festivals (Hannover, Eindhoven), and received very positive feedback (sold out!) The results show us that we should let this project grow. For this we need a little financial boost.

What is this project all about?

It´s about a short "financing bridge" of a micro-manufacturing of creative gourmet chili compositions. Although it is going very well, but the rush is too big. We need a little financial boost to purchase, in bigger amount, ingredients, labels and bottles. That would mean: Deliver on time, less costs, and be able to deliver several interested partners, we could not do so far.

If we collect more money than the minimum amount, as we expect, we would also buy equipment for production. We will continue to produce hourly-rented kitchens, but with our own devices, we would not take the risk that during use something breaks. We also need devices that are not used every day in restaurants or canteens.
Attendance at small fairs and festivals must be paid well in advance. The participation is very important in order to advance our project.
If we would collect more money, this would be a dream. We need a small van to transport the bottles from the kitchen to the future storage bin can. An Ape Piaggio would be the target.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

Everybody look for a special Christmas gift !!! whether chili fan or not - and thinks that a nice bottle, a sample set, or a Chili subscription, produced by a small factory of Chili creations, are beautiful gifts.

We make sauces, from very mild to very spicy: Jelly, typical salsas, sauces with smoked taste, raw sauces and own creations (all sauces are vegan). We create Chili compositions for every taste.

Depending of the rewards you acquire you will receive a Tasting-Set, close after the end of the campaign, then you can select by yourself the appropriate sauce as a gift. We want to reach a large number of people, not only the fans Chili: Give one of our Tasting-Sets - for example, the mild sauces set - as a present to your Foodie, vegan friends She or he will love them

Why would you support this project?

Because for a foodie, somebody who enjoys good food is no better gift than a nice, home-made and all-natural product for Christmas.

In addition, we would have the possibility to finance our project for 1,5 months in advance, to produce the gifts and deliver. But if you shop directly through our online store, we would have to deliver immediately.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

We buy bottles, labels and ingredients in a much larger amount, so we have lower production costs. So far we have very high production costs due to small quantities.

If we make it through the minimum, we would acquire special Gastro devices. We will continue to rent the kitchens by the hour - but many devices that we need not be used in restaurants or canteens.

Our dream - if we come across the 20,000 euros, we could purchase a small van. The aim is to Ape Piaggio, so we have to carry everything no longer on foot or by subway from home to the kitchen. [/ list]

Who are the people behind the project?

We are Diego and Fabian, both from Venezuela, and live in Berlin since 10 to 11 years.

Diego Sposito [/ b], a trained classical musician - more specifically contrabassist - Diego has found in the kitchen a perfect space for his creativity. "Grandma's Kitchen" is always present, which combines the Venezuelan and Italian roots. Also the longstanding work experience in the gastronomy.

Fabian Rueda [/ b] - The harmony of the compositions must be implemented. With engineering background, work experience in sales at Bosch and in the start-up scene in Berlin - experience from various fields: from Rocket Internet to self - brings Fabian, the director all together so that the chili music will continue to play.
