What is this project all about?

Who are we?.
Ebrima Touray is a cook with passion. Since the summer of 2019 he has been cooking and selling Gambian food after his mother's original recipes as a travelling salesman. Deliciously creamy peanut butter, tomato and spinach sauces, with a choice of tender chicken or beef, served with fragrant rice or couscous - these delicacies have also convinced the following:

Jana and Svenja have been running the bar Göttin der Weisheit at Lenaustraße 5 in Neukölln for two years. Under the motto "Drink, Think, Thrive", the bar offers a selected range of beverages and a horizon-expanding program ranging from art and music to science evenings.

What do we have in mind?
We would like to offer Ebrima's food in the goddess of wisdom. The necessary kitchen has yet to be built.
