GrünKerlchen ist ein veganes Kochbuch von einem Jugendlichen für Jugendliche, aber natürlich auch für Erwachsene. Ich selbst bin 14 Jahre alt und koche sehr gerne. In diesem Buch habe ich meine Lieblingsrezepte zusammengefasst. Da ich noch unter 18 bin, läuft das Projekt unter dem Namen von meiner Mama.
