Gute Leute Magazine

Gute Leute is made to inspire and bring Hamburg’s international and German communities closer together to make this a friendlier city. The magazine is special because it focuses on people – the human side of the city – which we sometimes forget when we’re busy checking out upcoming events, festivals and the newest cafés to enjoy brunch and lattes.

Basically, Gute Leute Magazine is for everyone who lives in Hamburg and loves it. If we want to be more specific, we could divide our readers into these different groups:

• Internationally-minded people: Germans living in Hamburg with an international mindset who want to get inspired by internationals and get to know their stories.
• People wanting to become more integrated: Internationals living in Hamburg who’d like to get closer to German society and learn about what Germans in Hamburg do and who they are.
• People looking for people like them: Internationals living in Hamburg who are interested in knowing what other internationals in Hamburg do and why they moved here.
• Everyone who’s curious about the human part of the city of Hamburg (tourists, visitors, students).
