Herrin der Stürme (Mistress of the Storms) are in need! To raise the necessary money for the production of their debut album, they leave the wild seas and fight their way as bandits ... But when they bring their treasure to the recording studio, a nasty surprise awaits them ... Will they even have to give up their lives in the end?! The crew is counting on you! With your support there can be a good end for the musicians - and an album full of storm-beaten shanties for the crowd!

What is this project all about?
Herrin der Stürme have joined together as a crew to bring their music from the seven seas into the world ... they have a mysterious treasure chest full of stirring poetry, whimsical shanties and feminist fighting spirit. Since 2020, the band has been working on their debut album - a tuned mix of obscure original compositions and macabre-obscene reinterpretations.
To be able to finish the album production and to pay the open bills (without having to rob anyone), the support of the crowd is now needed!
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
All those who want to enjoy a fresh breeze of Feminist Folk Pirate Pop.
All solidary pirates, buccaneers and highwaywo*men who want to save their kind from the gallows.
All riders of the world winds, who are looking forward to unprecedented flights of fancy poetry created from fresh heart blood and free-spirited thoughts.
Are you on board? Welcome! We will not disappoint you - the album will be really good.

As a supporter you get a part of our rich treasure - from freshly pressed CDs to digital downloads to fabulous stickers and posters with the great cover design by Daniel Schabauer. For especially enthusiastic and generous fans there is the possibility to book a private concert!

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
With the treasure of the crowd our open bills will be paid. We will pay our sound engineer for recording, mixing and mastering the album and our cover design artist for his great artwork. The money will also be used to press the CD and produce stickers and posters - so that everyone who wants to can soon hold a piece of Herrin der Stürme in their hands!
If there's anything left over, our own treasure chest won't stay empty either - and our bubbling ideas for new songs demand expansions of our instrument collection :)
Who are the people behind the project?
We are a wild pirate crew that has been making music together for quite some time. Following the centuries-old tradition of Feminist Folk Pirate Pop, we first reinterpreted macabre-obscene classical songs at our concerts. Over time we added more and more of our own compositions. With our music we want to make you think, laugh and rebel and so far we succeeded very well :)
