Our second album has been recorded and we would love to bring it out as a vinyl LP with download code.
This album could not have come this far without the help of those who recorded, mixed, premastered us, lent equipment, shot videos, took photos, designed the artwork and supported us in numerous other ways. In the form of a vinyl record, we can be safe in the knowledge that all the time and energy spent was not in vain.
At the end of the day, it is also of course about the spreading of our music, and we consider ourselves fortunate to be people you can bring you some joy. Those who appreciate indie pop and post-punk bands like Aztec Camera, Orange Juice, Felt, Television Personalities, Talking Heads and The Lucksmiths or just lovingly crafted pop songs, can look forward to our album.
The basic prerequisite is of course liking our music. In addition to the album, we are offering some goodies from bands and artists who are friends of ours. Up for grabs are a fanzine including a sampler with 25 bands and artists, an exclusive booklet, a split 7 "with Tripping The Light Fantastic, the albums "Sanktionen im Schutt" from Bessere Zeiten, the debut album from Sleeping Policemen, the mini album "Trouble Hat" from Lada, a comic book about Post Punk and much more. Through your participation, you make not only the vinyl pressing possible, but you also support these other projects. You can find more information about our friends’ undertakings and other offers on our project blog.
The album will be pressed and shipped as soon as possible. If we receive more than the money needed for the pressing, it goes directly to the producers of "Live at Wimbledon".
Us, the Honeyheads, consisting of Martina Lenzin, Henning Kasbohm, Nicolas Puls and Lennart Thiem, all settled in Hamburg, the indie label All Rock'n'Roll Speeds Up, the producers Jörg Milling and Tilman van der Leeden, René Huthwelker and Carl-John Hoffmann, the artist James Turek as well as many friends and bands like Sleeping Policemen, Tripping The Light Fantastic, Lada and Bessere Zeiten, who support us with various goodies for you.
You can learn more about them and us by visiting the project blog.
