JAGUWAR - Recording new album "GOLD"

The recordings of our second album "GOLD" are about to start. The songs are composed, the lyrics are written. Professional recordings, which we need to be able to adequately capture our sound, do have their justified costs - which we unfortunately can't cover alone. With the crowdfunding campaign we would like to collect the money needed for the studio recordings and a music video shoot and offer you a handful of, in some cases exclusive, rewards that are created with the help of our friends.
At the start of the crowdfunding campaign, we released the first single, which was created during a recording session at The Mermaids Escalate Studio, including a music video. "VALLEY" gives first indications of the upcoming album. A symbiosis of Wall of Sound and playfulness with a love of detail is to be expected - noise pop in a modern guise. “VALLEY” is multi-layered, dreamy, at the same time driving and above all danceable. We are looking ahead to new varieties, new experiments - it is Future Pop that can be expected on “GOLD”.

We want to offer listeners an album that breaks free from boundaries and stereotyped thinking. An album that is the result of experimentation - danceable, poppy, being a stickler for details! People who already know us will enjoy being able to experience a further development of our "Wall of Sound". We would like to offer new listeners an experience away from the monotonous mainstream - you can expect a concentrated charge of future pop!

"GOLD" is a holistic project: It is not just intelligent pop music that appears on an indie label - no, we also want to open a new visual chapter and give that visual experience to the music-loving community that supports us. We want to wise our supporters about our work processes and we look forward to your feedback on our plans on recording, the music video shoot for the next single and the visual design of the album.

For us, successful financing means an enormous advance - not only in monetary terms, but also in terms of trust!

We can use the money to pay the bills that come with the recordings and also appropriately pay the friends who support us - because only with their help this campaign is possible. The planning and shooting of the music video for the second single should also be paid for with the money.
