We are a young company and want to shake up the world of hot beverages with innovative ideas.
Our drinking chocolate made from fine Latin American cocoa contains the energy of guarana. Guarana is a caffeine-containing plant from Brazil. Unlike the caffeine in coffee, guarana is easier to digest and has got long lasting effects.

koawach is for everyone who wants to be awake and loves chocolate.
Moreover koawach is the ideal alternative for all those people who do not like or do not tolerate coffee.
With our two types without guarana (without caffeine), we also appeal to children and cocoa lovers who don't want to give up their cup of cocoa in the evening.
Transparent and direct trade as well as organic farming is part of our company culture. By following our company culture we want to contribute to the protection of the environment and the realization of better working and living standards from our source countries.
In order to demonstrate the ecological standards, we will apply for the eco-certification at the end of crowdfunding.

Together we can create a new cocoa culture and only with the power of the crowd we can import the ingredients directly from the farmers.
We started with a few samples of one product that didn't exist before: A wake up cocoa! We validated the product with our savings and with a lot of effort. We learned a lot during this process and have implemented the feedback of our customers. Everything we learned, was applied to our new brand koawach. We offer a fresh design and fife flavors. Now we are ready to go to next level. In order to do so we need the support of the crowd!
Our goal is to import directly from the cooperatives in Latin America. So we can start with a direct and transparent import of our product's ingredients. Only with your support, we have the financial resources and the demand to import our raw materials in sufficient quantities.

The money from the crowdfunding allows us to start direct trade relations with cooperatives in Latin America.
Thanks to your contributions we will import directly from the farmers' cooperative COOCARAM in Brazil. So far, we relate our raw materials from collaborations with fair trade partners as El Puente.
The more money we get through the crowdfunding campaign as support, the more raw materials we can buy directly from the farmers. In this way we can improve the living conditions of the farmers and at the same time offer you a direct traded koawach.
