Der Metal Park Walsrode ist ein Festival, das ein anderes Konzept verfolgt als die meisten Festivals in dieser Größenordnung. Durch den Verzicht auf Sponsoren wollen wir unsere Freiheit sichern wie z.B. bei der Getränke- und Bandauswahl. Der zweite Punkt ist der Aufbau unseres Infieldes. Wir stellen nicht nur eine Bühne auf den Acker. Wir bauen ein mobiles Stadion auf, in dem 15.000 Metalheads feiern können. Soweit wir wissen sind wir derzeit das einzige Festival das eine solche Arena anbietet.
