When night falls in Tehran, the party begins - both in the basements of the Iranian capital's wealthy northern districts and in the slums of the south. Revelers dance to loud music in soundproofed rooms. There are an estimated 500 illegal bands in Tehran. How do these bands manage to escape the authorities and to organize secret concerts? Where is the iranian youth heading today? The documentary film "021 - Tehran and the Unwanted Music" invistigates these questions.
