What is this project all about?
PSTMG connects the real with fiction. Together you create a new world by telling each other stories while collecting money and time for someone who didn't take part in the game.
It is analog and sensual. The stories can be sent to the website of Paradis Sauvage to be published and thus we establish a zettelkasten about possibilities. Watch the English pitch video here.
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
The aim is to evolve into one big guerrilla of communication. Popping up stories of possibilities everywhere.Facing each other. Transforming ideas into reality through storytelling. Simply put: play together to shape the future you wish for.
I address you:
as homo ludens, utopian realists, visionaries, brain-streamers, aesthetic-lovers, storytellers, beauty-breathers, birthing-social-form-dudes, friends, learners, zest-for-life-fighters, free-spirits, scientists, impetus-givers, on-offline-switchers, archaeologist of imagination, friends of humor, friends of the good old crafts, friends of encounters and magic-makers.

Why would you support this project?
Because it is a never ending book you can play with. It looks superb, feels good and is full of imagination and little magic wonders. But most importantly for the reason that you are already in love with it.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
After raising the 9.700 Euro, the first edition of 500 games can be manufactured. Startnext fees and rewards can be paid.
Every extra penny helps Paradis Sauvage to grow:

The world of Paradis Sauvage would transform into an encyclopedic Atlas Sauvagian. A community plattform.

The common features in all the stories: What kind of mythologies do we use today? Are they important for our present culture? As Homo Ludens? How can the uncommitted point of view, without any constrained optimization and no urge to function inspire our culture? Will all this be the stories of DADA 4.0?
And if there's windfall :)):
- exhibition
Paradis Sauvage will be shown in all its facets. The images of the 136 people, the cards, findings of the island, all the collected stories, etc. (but maybe this will be the next crowdfunding :))
Who are the people behind the project?
I am Stephanie, born and raised in Berlin and never left. The first half of my life I spent in front of the film camera, in the second half I started to deconstruct word and image to create parallel worlds consisting of photography, drawings, collages, installations and written material.
