Founder Annett Borg began her career as a designer at a fast fashion label in London. Her experience there changed her entire view of the fashion industry and paved her way to slow fashion. In Berlin she took over the management of the global awareness campaign Fashion Revolution Germany and has since been actively committed to promote sustainable supply chains in the fashion industry.

She is now using her knowledge and experience to build her fair fashion label Besonnen - a brand whose mission is sustainable change in the fashion market. With Besonnen she is working with a circular, resource-saving production model.
