At Philosoffee, I manage product development, production and quality management. Prior to my decision to work with specialty coffee, I collected valuable experience in viticulture, wine technology and in brewing technology. During my education, I had the chance to work in large and small breweries and wineries, specializing in quality management, production, technology, research and development.
I studied beverage technology at Hochschule Geisenheim University.
