I am Co-Founder of yōyoka - the first yogamat made out of recycled PET-bottles and the perfect grip. With the project, I love to see how change is possible - at least within my reach. What's really important for me is to promote resuing resources - to shift earth overshoot day and to live a more sustainable lifestyle. Apart from that, I'm a yoga teacher in Cologne and give classes, personal yoga and workshops - I love the feeling after giving a class seeing everyone a bit taller and happier than before.
