National Handicraft Consultant with the experience on supporting and developing of small business on handicraft sector, youth, women and people with disabilities, strategic sectorial development, successful multi-disciplinary team coordination,working with private sector, International and Government sector. I have been participated in International Visitor Leadership Program of Department of States. Since 2018 until 2022 I was a Member of Consultative Council on Improvement of Investment Climate under the President of Tajikistan. From 2015 to 2019 was an Executive Director of Union of craftsmen of Tajikistan, have had an experience working with UNESCO as an National Consultant on Intangible Cultural Heritage, has been conducting various events, projects, trainings, research, Handicraft Exhibitions, discovering new market opportunities.
