My name is Saskia Frings. I live with my 4 children in Solingen and when the first buses with refugees arrived in our city at the end of 2014, I founded the association Flüchtlingshilfe Solingen in January 2015 and helped the new comers where necessary with a large team of helpers. Meanwhile, we not only help refugees, but together with them we help other needy people.

I wish that everyone should give something of themselves to another. "Do not talk but do!" Is my motto.
