Izabella Neves (or Bella) is a passionate Brazilian innovator and emergent entrepreneur currently living in Berlin. She has more than 9 years of experience working with the largest financial corporations in Brazil, such as ITAU UNIBANCO and The Brazil Stock exchange. In her last position, she specialized in reshaping organizations through open innovation by generating new ventures between corporations and startups.

Beyond the corporate world, Bella has worked as a service designer and mentor at UN Global Compact and SDSN Amazonia. More recently, Bella started seeking ways to create positive change. Since March 2021, she has been working as an Entrepreneur in Residence at a fashion social business (sica-up.com) in Berlin and also started Amani's Social Innovation Management course to help her develop more skills in this field.
