My office may be found between the giraffes and tropical birds – right at the heart of Vienna. That’s because I work at the zoo here – which is Schönbrunn Zoo. I think it’s the best place to work in the world. It’s my job, as the zoo’s press officer, to give a voice to endangered species. Giant pandas are unfortunately a species that is endangered. Only 1864 animals survive in the wild in the mountain forests of China.

I didn’t only find my dream job at the zoo, I also found my dream man. Daniel and I have produced several books together and it would make me very happy if I could write the text for the panda book. To this end, I would interview lots of exciting people and persuade them to reveal interesting facts and get them to tell their stories about the pandas at Schönbrunn Zoo.
