About two years after its initial release °red sun fx WHITE FUZZ has found its place in a confusing world of guitar effects and has been highly acclaimed by musicians and reviewers. The third limited artwork will additonally be released on a shirt. This time, the design has been drawn by Marald van Haasteren whose overwhelming, detailed style is exciting fans worldwide. What is this project all about?

°red sun fx is manufacturing high quality guitar effects in a livingroom in Munich, Germany. The WHITE FUZZ is one of them. These pedals are released as limited artist editions of ten pieces on a regular basis. For this edition, Marald van Haasteren has contributed a stunning artwork. Marald has done designs for bands like Bolt Thrower, High On Fire, Wolfbrigade, Kylesa, Ortega, Baroness and many more. In addition, he has been designing shirts. And he is simply an amazing visual artist.

Marald's ‚moth‘ design is inspired by the theme of fuzz and effects. The characteristic, fuzzy artwork is a perfect fit for this pedal. The WHITE FUZZ is a classic silicon fuzz design that is being used by Mount Hush, The Picturebooks and others.

In addition to the limited batch of ten pedals we also offer the design on a high quality screenprinted shirt.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

Our goal is to produce sustainable guitar and bass effects pedals. This project is meant for musicians and music lovers - due to the artwork and sound of °red sun fx pedals our customers tend to come from the rock, metal & stoner scene, but we are open for anyone who is looking for great tone!

Why would you support this project?

With your contribution you will be supporting an idealistic pedal builder and a great visual artist. And you get a beautiful shirt for it or a very special fuzz pedal that sounds perfect.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

The money contributed to this project will be used exclusively to manufacture the rewards.

This includes the parts for the ten fuzz pedals, lasering the front plates, packaging and printing. In addition, there will be costs for the shirts and screenprinting.

Last but not least, the contributions will fund the ‚moth’ artwork and to a very little part the effort for building the pedals.
