The Stöbnitz church tower, which points to the village from afar, is dilapidated. It has been robbed of its spire, the tower knob. No weathercock greets the land anymore. Rain, snow and pigeons penetrate it. During heavy rain, rainwater drips down to the former organ loft. The tower must be urgently renovated in accordance with the preservation order to avoid further damage and to be able to use the former church as planned for art, culture and, if desired, for church services.
