Kurz vorm Ziel. Five more days!
Liebe Freunde der Federn,
die letzte Woche läuft! Bis Sonntag muss die "Reise zum Roman in 180 Tagen" finanziert sein, damit das Crowdfunding erfolgreich ist. Wir sind bei 95 Prozent - den Rest schaffen wir auch noch!
- Tausend Dank an alle, die dazu beigetragen haben!! Ich bin wirklich überwältigt von all dem Interesse und der Unterstützung durch Freunde und Fremde, aus Deutschland und auch aus Spanien, Italien, Frankreich, England, Amerika, … Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an meine Gastgeber!
- Wenn ihr vorhattet, noch etwas beizutragen: Jetzt wäre ein guter Zeitpunkt! ;)
- Aber auch, wenn ihr gerade nichts beitragen könnt oder wollt: Ich freue mich auch sehr über euer Interesse am Projekt!
Falls ihr euch fragt, wo ich gerade stecke: Ich bin jetzt wieder für zwei Wochen in Barcelona. Am Montag habe ich den Anfang der "Federn" hier bei der offenen Bühne des Club Cultural Cronopios gelesen und ‒¡ole!‒ der Text kam auch auf Spanisch gut an. Vor lauter Aufregung vergaß ich allerdings, ein Foto in Auftrag zu geben; die Dame auf dem Bild bin nicht ich, sondern die Künstlerin Lacris bei ihrer Schreibmaschinenpercussion.

Dear friends of the feathers,
we're almost there! Until Sunday, the "Journey to the Novel in 180 Days" must be completely funded. Now we're at 95% - I'm sure we can do it!
- Thank you so much to all who have contributed so far!! I'm overwhelmed by all the support and interest shown by so many people from Germany, Spain, Italy, France, England, America, by friends as well as strangers… A special thanks also to my hosts!
- If you haven't contributed but still wanted to, now would be a good time! ;)
- But also if you can't or don't want to contribute now, I'm also really happy about your interest in my project.
In case you're wondering where I am now, I'm spending the last days of the crowdfunding campaign back in Barcelona. On Monday I read the beginning of the "Feathers" at an Open Mic at the cultural club Cronopios and ‒¡ole!‒ the text was also well-received in Spanish. With the excitement though, I forgot to ask for a picture; the girl in the photo isn't me, but artist Lacris performing typewriter percussion.
