Kiel 2007 : Dies ist die Zukunft! Al Poporski ist das härteste Bullenschwein der Stadt - seine Verhaftungen enden immer tödlich! Als er die heldenhafte Reporterin Destiny Hope rettet, legt er sich damit direkt mit Dr. Klaus Bennet an, der die Stadt mit seinen Mutantenpunks terrorisiert. Bennet entführt Destiny und hackt Poporski die Füße ab! Doch dieser überlebt und kriegt Rollschuhe angeschraubt. Jetzt rollt er als SKATECOP durch die Straßen Kiels und will Rache! Rache auf Rollen!
