As the saying goes... Halle is a village, just like Berlin and just like the cultural scene in which we move. During the last years we have managed everything without any external assistance. We didn't have any generous silent partners, investors or funding pools.
A lot of effort, sweat and bank credit has been put into building the Station Endlos. After moving to our new premises 3 years ago, we didn't rest but stepped up our game. Until now we didn't need any external help to realise our ambitious project and to keep it alive. However, as close to the opening the reserves are long gone. The current situation stole our thunder and caused despair - almost...
We are prepared for any kind of shenanigans and do not exclude anybody. Everyone is welcome to support us. But we do have some exceptions!
We do not tolerate any sexist, homophobic, racist, anti-Semitic or in any way discriminating behaviour and people who identify with such ideas!
We were ready to start our club. A place for many things: With our club as a presentation room for our stage constructions we wanted to start in April and officially open the club area with 3 days of partying and crazy line up to celebrate the second of many milestones after the purchase of the land.
Our plan was to build a small amusement park here in Halle (Saale) for all like-minded people. With our rooms for music production, screen printing, congresses and our studios, rehearsal rooms and workshops we wanted to contribute to make the province more colourful. We are working hard and, besides idealism, we put every remaining Euro into the expansion of the club - an old industrial area that has been empty for almost 30 years.
Be it a completely new water and sewage system or miles of new power cables, everything is laid by ourselves (sometimes twice). There is not even money left for toilet paper.
All donations will benefit Station Endlos.
We use them to cover running costs (mainly loans, insurance, running licenses, electricity, water, etc.) and of course, what is the more important part, to make up for our lost construction jobs over the summer. We wanted to celebrate the long-awaited opening with you, but this is now moving into the far distance. External jobs are cancelled and everyone here is unemployed. We want to use the free time sensibly and finish the last building measures. We want to be creative for you and keep our team alive. With your help and a few coins we can pay our employees and hopefully survive the crisis.
The complete Station Endlos - from galley to ship deck - friends, artists, tenants and co-creators on our premises stand by us and our idea. We also think that this is the right place to mention our community from Halle and from everywhere. With this brilliant crowd we have experienced and achieved a lot of great things.
We love you guys!
