Das Wertungsleistenpuzzle - The score track jigsaw puzzle

Halbzeit!
Noch vier Wochen, dann ist Schluss. Zeit für ein kleines Puzzle-Knobel-Update. Oben seht ihr - noch ohne wirkliche Grafik und endgültige Form - zwei Versionen, wie man Punktemarker, Wertungsplättchen und Wertungsleiste in die Schachtel bekommen kann.
Doris steht ja schon länger in kontinuierlichem Kontakt mit unserem Hersteller. In der letzten Zeit ging es da immer wieder um oben zu sehende Wertungsleiste. Die ist über 40 cm lang - die Schachtel hat aber nur ein Innenmaß von knapp 12 x 17 cm. Zuerst dachten wir daran, die in Puzzleteile zerlegte Leiste mit auf den Stanztableaus unterzubringen (Version 1).
Allerdings wies man uns darauf hin, dass es dann wegen leicht versetzten Druckens und Stanzens passieren könnte, dass die Teile nicht aneinanderpassen. Ein Qualitätsrisiko, dass gar nicht geht! Die Lösung ist Version 2: Die Wertungsleiste wird als Ganzes gedruckt, beim Stanzen in drei Teile zerlegt und sortiert.
Das bedeutet, ihr bekommt drei separate, perfekt passende Puzzleteile in die Schachtel – was zwar ein bisschen teurer ist, aber dank eurer bisherigen Unterstützung absolut im Rahmen des Machbaren. Außerdem kann die Leiste so etwas breiter werden.

Four more weeks until the end. Time for a short jigsaw-update. At the top you see - still without real graphics or final outlines - two version of how to get point tokens, scoring markers and score track into the box.
Doris is staying in contact with our manufacturer for quite a while now. The last weeks one of the main topics was the score track. This is almost 16 inches long - but the box only measures 4.7 x 6.7 on the inside. First we thought of dividing it into a kind of jigsaw tiles being part of the punch board. (version 1).
But the manufacturer told us, that this could easily lead to problems, since the print and punch die might be not perfectly exact. Imagine a score track with parts not matching! We didn’t want to go with this quality risk and came up with another solution (version 2): The score track is printed as a whole first, then completely punched out and immediately sorted.
This means, you will get three separate, perfectly matching jigsaw tiles – being a bit more expensive for us, but thanks to your support so far, absolutely manageable. Additionally, the score track can be a bit wider now.
