Steam Noir: Revolution

-Spielregel:
- Die neueste Überarbeitung ist fertig. Die Spielregeln selbst sind unverändert, aber ich habe an Formulierungen und Struktur für die Druckfassung gearbeitet.
Wer möchte, kann sich diese Version von mir schicken lassen und gegenlesen. Die Version ist OHNE Bilder oder Grafik, am besten also parallel mit Version 8 zu lesen, die einiges klarer macht. Es geht einfach darum, auch die letzte Unklarheit zu eliminieren. Wenn ihr Lust habt, einfach eine kurze Mail an [email protected] schicken.

- Postkarten:
In den letzten zwei Wochen sind viele Supporter und Fans neu hinzugekommen, daher hier nochmals zur Erklärung: Die Postkarten-Motive werden von euch ausgewählt. Im Steam Noir-Blog (s. Link) seht ihr, welche zur Auswahl stehen. Und dann kurze Mail an [email protected] mit euren Lieblingsmotiven schicken.

- Presse:
Die diversen Erwähnungen in der neuesten spielbox-Ausgabe hat eine Menge Leute erreicht. Außerdem wird in der Stuttgarter Zeitung (hoffentlich noch zeitig genug vor dem 12. Mai) ein Artikel über Crowdfunding und Stuttgarter Projekte erscheinen - mit „Steam Noir: Revolution“ als erfolgreiches Beispiel. :-)

-Händler:
papercut comics & games aus Heraklion auf Kreta ist als Händler hinzugekommen. So langsam wird es immer internationaler ... ;-)

- Fahrplan:
Momentan arbeitet Daniel Niemann am Layout-Entwurf der Regel - die dritte Fassung einiger Beispielseiten wird gerade erstellt. Daniel macht absolut hervorragende Arbeit - vielen Dank dafür!
Sobald Felix mit „Steam Noir: Band 3“ fertig ist (Abgabe 03.05.) geht es für ihn nahtlos in die Gestaltung der Spieleschachtel, Marker, etc. über.
Parallel dazu hole ich letzte Anmerkungen zum Spielregel-Text ein und fertige eine erste Englische Basis-Version an.
Ab dem 12.05. werden dann die letzten Karten gezeichnet (mal sehen, ob es noch mehr Portraits von euch einzuarbeiten gibt ...), das Regel-Layout fertiggestellt, und die Englische Regel aufgrund der Anmerkungen von „native speakers“ erstellt.
Parallel dazu (wie es die Zeit zulässt) werden die Comicbände signiert und separat an euch verschickt.
Bis Ende Mai muss alles fertig sein. Karten, Spielregeln in beiden Sprachen, Layout, Schachtel, etc., und die Druckdaten nicht nur bei ASS gelandet, sondern auch geprüft und zum Druck freigegeben worden sein.
Dann stoßen wir erstmal alle an.

ASS hat den Druck auf Mitte Juni terminiert, dann folgen Konfektionierung und Verschickung.
Den Juni werden wir damit verbringen, Postkarten und Buttons herstellen zu lassen, sämtliche Versandadressen aufzuarbeiten, Versandtaschen und -kartons aufzutreiben, und soweit alles vorzuorganisieren ... für den großen Moment.

- Rules:
- The latest overhaul is ready. The rules are the same, but the „print version“ needed a new structure and some clarifications.
Over the next week, I will get some feedback about these rules and create a basic English version. If you are interested in going through the text helping me making it a „real“ English text (best, if you’ve already played the game, or at least have read the downloadable rules version) in the week from 6th to 12th of May, drop me a short Mail:

- Retailers:
papercut comics & games from Iraklio in Greece joined our retailers list. If you have an idea, which retailer, FLGS or online, could be interested, please let me know.

- Schedule:
Right now Daniel Niemann is working on the third draft of the rules layout. Daniel is doing a great job - thanks a lot!
As soon, as Felix will have finished the 3rd volume of „Steam Noir“ (3rd of May) he will go on working on the tokens, box cover, and more.
At the same time, I will go through the latest modifications of the rules and work out an English version.
From the 12th of May on, the last cards will be made (anybody else wanting his portrait on one of them?), and the English rules will be finished, as well as the final layout.
Until the end of May everything must be finished. Cards, rules in both languages, box, punch board art, the printing data sent to the manufacturer ASS and approved.
Then we drink a toast to all of us.

ASS has scheduled the printing into the middle of June, followed by the packaging and shipping.
Throughout June, we will create postcards, buttons, and so on, prepare the shipping, organizing packaging material ... so we are peepared fpr the big moment.
