Christian Opperer hat Entwürfe für die Ernennungsurkunde angefertigt. Diese Karte gibt es exklusiv für Unterstützer, die das Spiel über die Crowdfunding-Kampagne beziehen.

Mit der Ernennungsurkunde kann man im Spiel den amtierenden Präsidenten auszeichnen. Dies ist zwar zum Spielen nicht unbedingt notwendig, verleiht aber dem Ganzen mehr Flair.
