Extended Manual Online!
As already announced we recently set up a completely new website, that will contain the "Extended Manual" as well as other information and examples for TYPO3 itself and our TYPO3 extensions.
You can find this site at http://manuals.cmsbox.de - for all sponsors, who donated at least 100,-€, there will be a registered frontend user, to get access to the code examples. Just click on the following link http://manuals.cmsbox.de/loginlogout/?tx_felogin_pi1%5Bforgot%5D=1 to generate a new password. Other users will just see what is possible, but they can get access as well, i.e. by sponsoring via our T-shirt shop.
Currently there are 5 different examples in the "Extensions/Gridelements" section, which are based on pure TypoScript. They will work with TYPO3 4.x as well and will be extended with additional setups for the use of FAL as soon as we will have deployed new GE versions.
Additionally we are working together with Kay Strobach to rewrite existing fluidcontent templates to gridelements with FLUIDTEMPLATE. This way we will get a clean base for the theme packages we started at the developer days. These examples will go live within two weeks..
As a little goodie and to apologize for the delay until the release, we want to give you the option to get your own examples. If you ran into problems with certain solutions, you can send us a description and we will try to publish a working example for them as well.
The site itself will be extended with other sections about TYPO3, extensions, TypoScript and the like.
