Feature: Drag & Drop via the page tree

We will implement a feature that enables you to drag elements between different pages using the page tree.

You will not have to switch between pages anymore while moving or copying elements. Instead you will just drag an element over an item in the page tree and get the view of that particular item as an overlay you can drop your element into.

Additionally you will get the T-shirt, the extended manual.and the DVD.
