First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for the lack of communication in the past months. I genuinely believed in a solution to our challenges, and focused all of my energy and resources on finding it. Week after week passed with dissapointments and setbacks. I wanted to give a optimistic update with details on when the shoe production could be completed, but I could not due to the circumstances. I did not run from the responsibiliy of completing this project, I rather over indulged myself in it because I felt the need to make it right. So with a heavy heart, after two years of trying to make it right, I've decided that this project cannot be completed.
We are now working on bringing GUTTA SOLES into the retail market. This means investment so we can grow our idea. We want to produce a collection that is available worldwide in different locations. But before any shoes from the new collection are shipped, we will offer them to the supporters of this campaign, free of charge via vouchers. This is the best we can do, given the circumstances. Your support was, and is invaluable to this idea, so it would only be right for you to grow with us as a company. We are still very optimistic about our future. This was a learning experience that will take us forward, if we continued the direction we were going in, we would go backwards and there will be nothing left to execute our idea. I can only apologize so much, I beleive my appreciation will be felt when you get your shoes and you understand how important your support was.
The last favor I'd like to ask is for everyone to resend us their current email address so we can send out the vouchers as soon as things materialize.
