How does Crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding describes the collection of investments by various supporters for a funding target. Every supporter receives something in return for the their money in the form of products or a service.
What does „Funding Target“ mean?
The funding target is the amount that is needed for the realization of the project.
What happens to my investment in a successful campaign?
After the crowdfunding campaign has been successfully completed, the selected products are produced and sent to all supporters at the specified time.
When will the money for my support be debited from my bank account?
The money will only be collected if the campaign is successfully financed. Please make sure that your account is covered at this time.
What happens to my investment if the funding target will not be achieved?
If the funding goal will not be achieved, the entire amount will be transferred back to the respective supporter. There will not be an extra charge. However, the selected crowdfunding products will not be sent to the supporters either.
Why are you opting for a crowdfunding campaign?
On the one hand, financing a project of this magnitude with the help of a crowdfunding campaign also means reducing risk. On the other hand, the campaign is also ideal for getting direct feedback on our products from the target group.
Can I choose more than one package?
Multiple packages can be selected.
When will I receive my goodies?
The selected goodies will be sent at the specified time. The requirement therefore is a successful completion of the crowdfunding campaign.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are included in the startnext price.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the EU including Switzerland
What happens if my selected size does not fit?
You can exchange your product - if available - for a different size. If this ist not possible, you will receive a voucher.

Where are the products made?
The bike apparel is exclusively developed and produced in Italy. The coffee is roasted and packaged by a regional roastery in our area. The remaining products are also manufactured under fair conditions and largely sustainably within Europe.
Your products are Bluesign® certified? What does that mean?
The Bluesign® seal is awarded by a Swiss company called bluesign technologies AG and guarantees environmentally friendly textile production without hazardous pollutants. The focus is based on 5 principles: resource efficiency, consumer protection, water protection, emission protection and occupational safety.
