"Just go, I'll watch your bike!"
Sleepless in New York
So, there I was, riding my bike through midnight New York, passing a homeless girl reading a book in her sleeping bag beneath some metal framework, watching restaurant deliveries made through unexpected cellars – and looking for a safe place to leave my bike and luggage while I’d have a look at the stunning Grand Central Terminal Station.
Right on top of this very Station, this handsome young guy asked me whether I needed help. His solution for my problem “You go down and enjoy the Station – I’ll watch the bike!” And he did – he even put pylons around my little Josi!
My savior’s name was Frankie. And when I asked him about his biggest dream, he replied: “I wanna make music. I wanna travel with my music and touch people’s hearts.”
And you know what? He did and still does! Check him out here and here!
❤️ I'm happy and honored that Frankie supports the translation campaign for my travel book "Once upon a bike" - thank you, Frankie ❤️

I wrote this book after my 181 days solo motorcycle trip through the US and published it in German. The English edition will be published in all major English-speaking countries. We only need to get the translation funded ☺️
