Es sind also glatt 6800€ bei Startnext geworden und 53 Menschen, die uns vertrauen. Nochmal vielen, vielen Dank dafür!
Nach 21 Tagen sollten wir somit nach Abzug der 5%, die an die Plattform gehen, 6460€ herausbekommen. Wir werden die 21 Tage aber nicht abwarten (obwohl theoretisch das Risiko besteht, dass das Geld nicht von allen Spendern am Ende eingezogen werden kann), sondern das nötige Geld vorstrecken, um so schnell wie möglich ein passendes Fahrzeug zu kaufen.
Von den Jungs aus der Ukraine (und noch einigen anderen Menschen), haben wir zudem noch 2929,32€ in unserem PayPal Account [email protected]. Wir rechnen also mit einer Gesamtsumme von 9389,32€.
Das hört sich nach viel an. Nach Berücksichtigung der nötigen Anforderungen an das Fahrzeug, wie z.B. 4/5-Türer (man muss sich aus dem Auto gegebenenfalls schnell retten können) , Schaltgetriebe (eventuelle Reparatur eines Automatik-Getriebes “im Feld” ist viel aufwendiger) und die nötige PS-Stärke, ist die Auswahl dennoch begrenzt.
Nach dem von dem ersten Kandidaten aus Berlin kein Feedback mehr zurückkam, haben wir ein anderes Fahrzeug in Frankfurt identifiziert und den Händler damit zu einem DEKRA-Gebrauchtwagencheck fahren lassen. Dieser hat uns 89€ gekostet. Leider hatte das Fahrzeug so viele Mängel, dass uns selbst der Händler von einem Kauf abgeraten hat.
Die Suche geht intensiv weiter. Morgen gibt es mehr Neuigkeiten.

Die Jungs haben noch um 5 20L-Kanister (Kosten pro Kanister ca. 35€) mit Diesel gebeten, denn Sprit ist in der Ukraine inzwischen auch Mangelware.

After 21 days we should get 6460€ out after deducting the 5% that goes to the platform. However, we will not wait for the 21 days (although theoretically there is a risk that the money cannot be collected from all donors in the end), but we will advance the necessary money to buy a suitable vehicle as soon as possible.
From the guys from Ukraine (and some other people), we also have 2929,32€ in our PayPal account [email protected]. So we expect a total amount of 9389,32€.
That sounds like a lot. After taking into account the necessary requirements for the vehicle, such as 4/5-door (you have to be able to get out of the car quickly if necessary) , manual transmission (possible repair of an automatic transmission "in the field" is much more complex) and the necessary horsepower, the choice is nevertheless limited.
After no feedback came back from the first candidate in Berlin, we identified another vehicle in Frankfurt and had the dealer take it to a DEKRA used-car-check. This cost us 89€. Unfortunately, the vehicle had so many defects that even the dealer advised us not to buy it.

The guys have asked for 5 20L canisters (cost per canister about 35€) with diesel, because fuel is now also scarce in Ukraine.
