Hey, I am Esteban! As an expert in biodynamic farming I am responsible for the agricultural operations of the "Demeter"-certified farm "El Equimite". I dedicate myself to a form of agriculture that is integrated directly into natural cycles, to create a living organism throughout the entire farm. I also train small farmers in the surrounding of "El Equimite" in the standards of biodynamic and the technique of agroforestry.
