Max has lived, studied and worked in Bangladesh, Brazil, England, Germany and Hong Kong. He holds a degree in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University but mainly works as consultant and project manager concerned with questions of applied sustainability along global supply chains. He works as freelance consultant for textile-related companies. Since 2010, he is also responsible for the Technical Coordination and Sustainability Criteria of the Ethical Fashion Show Berlin. Additionally he is involved in the organisation of several event formats on topics like communication, design, environment and social chain production. He speaks about the reorganising supply chains, transcultural design processes and sustainability criteria. Currently he spends most of his free time building a social business in and between Bangladesh and Berlin.
