After completing a degree in Psychology (BSc) in 2010 and working as a burlesque costume designer in London (where my passion for feminine empowerment was kindled), for the past ten years of living in Berlin, I have researched intimacy and human connection.
During this time I have working professionally as an intimacy coach and facilitated workshops & trainings all over the world, and most recently founded an online community centred around embodiment and leadership for women.
At heart I consider my work and offerings to the world as 'embodied activism': creating the change we wish to see in the world by starting out with ourselves. As we peel away layers of our cultural conditioning and learn to truly befriend and inhabit ourselves, we can live more and more aligned with the creative, playful and loving beings we truly are.
