Liebe Unterstützer.
Ich hoffe Ihr hattet alle ein entspanntes Jahresende und stürzt euch jetzt freudig auf 2016.
Mit dem Objekt das wir ursprünglich kaufen wollten ( Pfefferberg Haus 5) wird es wohl nichts. Wir hören schon seit Herbst nichts mehr vom Besitzer, trotz ständiger Rückfragen.
Mit dem jetztigen Standort in der Uferstr sieht es aktuell so aus: Nachdem neue Verhandlungen mit den Vermietern und Nachbarn um eine Kompromisslösung leider gescheitert sind, haben sie es jetzt ziemlich eilig uns loszuwerden und drohen mit Räumungsklage. Der rechtlichen Lage nach haben wir langfristig sehr schlechte Chancen, ich werde aber versuchen mindestens bis 1. Mai oder 1. Juni hier bleiben zu können, um ein Finale in Schönheit zu ermöglichen.
Wir suchen weiterhin nach einer neuen Location, ab 500qm, zu mieten oder zu kaufen, oder auch ein Baugrundstück. Das Geld vom Crowdfunding bleibt solange unangetastet. Wir werden bald eine Suchtruppe zusammenstellen, die bestimmte Stadtgebiete systematisch durchkämmen soll. Wer Zeit und Adleraugen hat und an so einem (bezahlten!) Job Interesse hat, soll sich melden, bitte.
Die Aussicht auf ein absehbares Ende wird sich natürlich auch auf das Programm der nächsten Monate aus wirken, ich werde einige Projekte verwirklichen die mir schon länger am Herzen liegen und auf die ich mich sehr freue…

I hope you had a relaxed end of the year and you are ready to happily jump into 2016!
The latest news from schwelle7: It looks as we can not buy the location ( Pfefferberg Haus5) we wanted to buy originally. The owner does not respond to us any more since automn, so we gave up this idea.
The situation in Uferstrasse does not look very good either. Unfortunately our latest negotiations for a compromise did not lead to anything, and now our landlord starts to threaten us with legal steps. In the long term our chances to keep the location in Uferstr. 6 are very bad, we hope we can negotiate a stay until 1st of May or June to be able to - at least - finish in beauty here.
We continue to search for a new location, from 500sqm and bigger, in the city, to rent or to buy or even a ground to build. The money we collected with the Crowdfunding remains untouched until we can put it in use for that.
We will soon form a group of „eagle eyes“, people who would like to systematically scan certain neighborhoods for an undiscovered location. If you have lots of time, a good nose and you are interested in this (paid!) job, please let us know…!
Of course this situation will have also an effect on the program of the next months. I would like to realize some projects that I will really enjoy and wanted to do for a long time and that also might have a future beyond schwelle7.
