Worum geht es in dem Projekt?
The project matches corporate impact with individual impact. WaveMakers scouts impactful projects and equips them with resources and knowledge. WaveMakers also reaches out to sponsors or CSR departments to chip in financially in exchange of impact, training or reach.
Was sind die Ziele und wer ist die Zielgruppe?
The Impact Leaders are inspiring young individuals who are starting or already leading a project in sustainability, climate, women or humanitarian.
The investors or sponsors can be social driven individuals or companies who want to combine their own benefits with a social purpose they can create.
Warum sollte jemand dieses Projekt unterstützen?
With the project you support yourself as much as you support the impact leaders. Whether it is with a branding partnership, CSR campaign or leadership skills, we have different options for you to join forces.
Was passiert mit dem Geld bei erfolgreicher Finanzierung?
The money is used to finance the resources or services that the impact leaders receive. The impact leaders can choose from the 4 services: 6-weeks leadership training, 5 mentorship sessions, social media promotion, tickets to networking events.
Wer steht hinter dem Projekt?
WaveMakers is a Berlin based startup that democratised leadership through their leadership training, mentorship and social media campaigns.
Theresia Kneschke is an impact investor and social business advisor with experience in scouting and implementing impactful projects in Sudan and Ghana.
