B.B. Cole - Of Love And Loss (Album)

"Of Love And Loss" is my second album, which introduces you to 12 country-soul songs. Over the last few years I have written songs all over the world (sometimes with different co-writers) that have one thing in common: Love and heartbreak.

"I was born to inspire you!" is still my motto. The songs on the new album are about feelings that we all know: Unfulfilled love, heartbreak, friendship, crushes, lost childhood sweethearts and so on. All fans of country-soul music who love sophisticated stories and are not afraid of feelings have come to the right place.

Music and art are so valuable to us all that it is impossible to imagine everyday life without them. Nevertheless, music and art are usually the first things to be cut and the current systems of the music industry mean that there is often a lack of "fair" distribution. I not only want to fulfil my dream of making my own music, but above all I want to give you listeners a unique experience. That's why I'm addressing you directly with this crowdfunding campaign and hope that we can bring these songs to life together.

Songwriting is still quite cheap, because inspiration comes naturally if I'm in the right place at the right time. After that, it gets a bit more budget-heavy: the songs need to be produced and recorded by musicians, my voice is professionally recorded and backing singers come into the studio. Then it gets even more haptic and capital-intensive: the album gets artwork and is pressed on CD and vinyl so that you can hold it in your hands. There will also be three videos to turn you from listeners into viewers and add another dimension to the stories.
