Birds of a Feather ♫♪New Album♫♪

We are Amy & Ryan.
The folk-pop duo “Birds of a Feather”.
Music is our life!
We started out in 2014 and have been writing songs ever since. From 2016 we have been touring throughout Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Italy and Denmark.
We’ve played our way into the hearts of many music-loving people.

We recorded two EPs ("Light Up" 2016 / "Rise Up" 2017) and one album ("You Are Music" 2019) with our original songs and were able to grow as musicians and as a duo with each recording session. Our songs led the way from many busking sessions to the legendary „Gruga Halle“ stage in Essen as the opening act for PUR.
Over 60 shows were already planned and booked in 2020. If we had been able to play all of these shows it would be no problem for us to finance the upcoming album production. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic most of these shows were postponed or even cancelled.
What remains is a big hole in the budget which we cannot finance by ourselves.
But music that comes straight from the heart, needs to find a way to touch other people’s hearts.

What we would most wish for all of you music lovers out there is to be able to sing along to our new songs... as loud and proud as you can!

It‘s time for a new “Birds of a Feather“ album!

The goal is, with a bit of your help, to fund the production of our new “Birds of a Feather” album.
Just like with our earlier records, we will be working with our beloved Irish producer Ger McDonnell at “The Mill Recording Studios” in Dublin. With the additional help of the three wonderful musicians John Colbert, Esa Taponen, Daragh O’Toole.
The album will be officially released towards the end of 2021.

As independent artists we will use the additional amount of 5000 € to promote our new album in a professional way:

• Video Production
• Online Promotion
• Radio Promotion
• Miscellaneous Promotional Material (Back Drop, Flyer, Concert Poster)
