Alle zwei Jahre lädt Roswitha Huber drei Tage lang zum Internationalen Rauriser Brotfest rund ums Brotbacken im Holzbackofen. Mit dabei ist auch immer eine Gruppe von Bäckern aus dem Ausland, um die dortige Brotkultur kennenzulernen. In diesem Jahr sind mehrere Familien aus Albanien zu Gast, für die die Finanzierung gesichert ist. Zusätzlich aber möchten wir zwei gelernte Bäckerinnen aus dem Dorf Gjinar und einen jungen Übersetzer einladen, für deren Flug und Unterkunft wir Unterstützer suchen.
