Feedback

Wir wünschen euch ganz viel Spaß mit den Produkten und sind schon sehr gespannt auf euer Feedback! Da ihr die ersten Nutzer:innen unseres Adapters seid, liegt uns das besonders am Herzen. In jedem Paket liegt ein Flyer mit einem QR-Code, der zu einem Fragebogen führt. Es wäre uns eine große Hilfe wenn ihr diesen Fragebogen ehrlich beantwortet. Außerdem würde es uns riesig weiterhelfen wenn ihr uns eine Google Bewertung da lasst und/oder die Produkte bei uns im Shop bewertet.

Produkt

Zur Nutzung des Produktes wollen wir noch ein Paar wichtige Dinge anmerken:

Über den QR-Code auf der Verpackung gelangt ihr zum Benutzerhandbuch. Dort findet ihr im Anhang unter Punkt A.1 eine Schraubentabelle. Je nachdem welche Pedale bzw. Cleats ihr fahrt gibt es unterschiedliche Schrauben die dazu passen. Bitte unbedingt die von uns gelieferten und in der Tabelle empfohlenen Schrauben nutzen. (Die Schrauben werden mit maximal 10Nm Drehmoment angezogen!)

Die zusätzlichen Gurtstücke sind zum verändern der Größe. Bitte also unbedingt aufbewahren. Schuhe mit dickerer oder dünnerer Sohle benötigen eine andere Gurtlänge. (Wie die Gurte aufzuziehen sind steht in der Kurzanleitung und im Benutzerhandbuch)

Die Gurte werden immer so angezogen dass sie aus Fahrerperspektive als ClipClap lesbar sind. Das heißt Clip ist am linken Fuß und Clap am rechten. Zur richtigen Positionierung der Grundplatten findet ihr auf der weißen Oberseite einen kleinen Pfeil der nach vorne zeigt.

Für alle die die Variante EXPLORE bestellt haben: Es hat sich ein kleiner Druckfehler auf der Verpackung eingeschlichen. Auf der Rückseite steht der Text der eigentlich auf ROAD Verpackung steht. Die Kompatibilität des EXPLORE Systems ist (wie auch im Benutzerhandbuch beschrieben) folgendermaßen:

• Shimano SPD, Look X-TRACK, Xpedo MTB, Time MTB, Crankbrothers MTB, Magped MTB uvm.

Socken Status

Wir sind weiter dabei einen anderen Zulieferer für die Socken zu suchen. Da der Fokus jetzt allerdings erstmal auf der Auslieferung der anderen Artikel lag, treiben wir das Thema jetzt erst wieder weiter voran. Von daher kann es noch ein paar Wochen dauern, aber wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir euch bald mit schönen Socken von guter Qualität beliefern können.

We wish you lots of fun with the products and are looking forward to your feedback! This is especially important to us. Each package has a flyer with a QR code that leads you to our survey. Since you are the first and official users of our adapter, it would help us a lot if you answer this survey as honestly as possible and also rate our products in our store or provide a review in Google.

Product

We would like to mention a few things about the use of the product:
With the QR code on the packaging, you can access the user manual or directly through our Website. Under point A.1 you will find an important appendix for a screw table. Depending on which pedals or cleats you own, there are different screw lengths. Please be sure to use the screws supplied by us and recommended in the table. Maximum screw tightening of 10Nm torque!

The extra belt pieces are required to adjust the size of the belt. Don´t lose them. ;) Shoes with thicker or thinner soles need a different strap length.

The straps are always fastened so that they are readable from the rider's perspective. Meaning Clip: left and Clap: right foot. For the correct positioning, you will find a small arrow on top of the base plate that points to the front.

For all who ordered the EXPLORE version: There is a small printing error on the packaging. The text on the back is actually for the ROAD packaging. The compatibility of the EXPLORE system, also described in the user manual, is the following: ClipClap® EXPLORE is compatible with the following pedal systems:

• Shimano SPD, Look X-TRACK, Xpedo MTB, Time MTB, Crankbrothers MTB, Magped MTB, and many more.

Updates

We are still looking for another supplier for the socks. The main focus was set on delivering ClipClap® Adapters, but we have not forgotten you, promise. Therefore, it may take a few more weeks, but we are confident that we can soon supply you with nice socks of good quality. Thank you!
