10 years after the prototype was first revealed, Markus Rumpold presents the new ConverTTable LM S. This version is lighter and more affordable than the original (releasing date 2010). What is this project all about?

Live your secret passion!
The principle remains the same as the original ConverTTable. A coffee table in your living room with few touches converts into high-quality cockpit for all your racing and flight simulator needs. As soon as a game session is done, the entire cockpit including pedals, steering wheels and seat are transformed back to a stylish coffee table. Made in Austria
LM stands for light metal (Aluminum) and is used for the base (front hood, trunk lid and corpus)
S stands for special and refers to the wooden side walls.
The LM S is shipped as a self-assembling kit.

Colour Edition:
Aluminum parts are available in the desired color:
front hood, trunk lid and body.

The ConverTTable LM S has been tested and approved for the following controllers:
Fanatec Wheelbase, Clubsport pedals & shifter SQ incl. table clamp
Logitech G25, G27, G29, G920 each incl. pedals as well as shifter
Thrustmaster T500 RS, T300 RS + 2 or 3 pedal set each incl. TH8RS shifter
Other controls on request!

Matching systems:
Depending on the steering wheel, the ConverTTable LM S is compatible with Playstation, PC or XBOX.

Who are the people behind the project?

I'm behind this, Markus. I am a passionate mechanical engineer and have been working full-time at Descon Engineering in the development of the Mercedes Benz G Class since 2014. In 2008 I presented the ConverTTable for the first time at the Design Fair in Kortrijk (Belgium). 2010 saw the start of sales of the series model with the presentation at Gamescom in Cologne.
